What we do.

A typical session starts with a warm up , after this techniques are practiced then we move onto hitting pads/mitts, the structure and content varies between classes.

All of our sessions are non contact (you wont be hit) except from our sparring sessions on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Everyone starts as a beginner.

Of course, everyone has to start somewhere! Our coaches and members are friendly and will help you settle into our classes.

The first session is free, after this we have various payment plans available depending on how many classes per week you’d like to take. Our pay as you go prices are £8 for juniors and £10 For adults.

For new members we offer a free taster PT session to teach the basics before you jump Into a group class.

There’s no need to book in advance before coming to a group class however if you’d like to contact us first before coming to the gym use the form link below.
